e-Polite Filter in service mode requires no installation, as the application is in our servers and you access it remotely.

§          All that is needed is for the client smtp mail server for your users to be configured to the e-Polite server, which will filter the messages and avoid their being sent to people not wanting to receive them. 

§          One e-mail domain can be filtered.

§          Parameterisable message footnote.  A single text for the footnote of all outgoing messages that may be adapted to suit your requirements.

§          Automatic authorisation service: This will enable you to collect explicit authorisations for sending e-mails. 

§          Automatic cancellation service: provides an automatic cancellation procedure through the link enclosed in all message footnotes. 

§          Up to 5 source and 5 destination lists.
